30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from American Working Dog Supply. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
Starting a Return
To request a return, please contact us before sending any product back. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide return instructions after your request has been reviewed.
Please do not send products back to the address shown on the original shipping package unless instructed to do so. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging when possible.
If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Cancellations
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
